What can I see in Opportunities off market?

In Opportunities off market we show you everything that exists in the market and that can be a potential investment opportunity, so you can capture it before anyone else!

In other words, this is the part where we show you all the stock of each investment opportunity so that you can capture it – before they are on any portal. As you well know, the secret is in a good catch!

How can I see the Opportunities off market before deciding to contract it?

How can I see the Opportunities for sale or the Opportunities off market before deciding to contract it?

Simple. You have two ways:

  • On the one hand, you can see our tutorial videos both in the section of our website https://lupafy.com/en/all-services/ and in the corresponding categories when you click on the red lock. There we show you the information and how it works!
  • On the other hand, we have enabled 15 free days with your first subscription. Therefore, by clicking the red lock of the category you want, you access the Premium part and there you can select the ones that interest you, fill in your details and they are automatically activated. The first payment will be made after 15 days.

How can I bookmark an opportunity?

Simple. You just have to click on the opportunity on the map, a table with the information is displayed on the right of your screen and at the end of the table there is a button that indicates “Save to my favorites“. When you do it:

  • A text box appears, in case you want to leave an annotation (why you are interested, what next steps you plan to do, etc)
  • You click “Save” and a “star” automatically appears on the map.

If you want to delete a favorite, just click on the opportunity on the map and click the “Delete from favorites” button that appears at the end of the table.

How do I request a simple note?

You can ask for simple notes of all the opportunities that you have saved as favorites. Therefore, first bookmark the opportunity for which you want to request a simple note and, once you have done so, click on the opportunity again and at the bottom of the table a button will appear indicating “Request simple note”. You will access the payment platform and for only € 8.5 + VAT you will receive the simple note in 4 business days!

What can I see in Cadastre?

You can see, wherever you wish on the map, both the information of the plots (cadastral reference, access to the file, sqm) and of the buildings (total sqm built, sqm built above ground and below ground level, number of floors, etc). You can also see a picture of the building’s facade.

What can I see in Urban Planning?

You can see, wherever you wish on the map, both the classification of the land (if it is a consolidated urban land or not, if it is land to be developed, etc) and the general urban planing information on the land (what use is primarly accepted and a direct access to the municipal regulations).

In addition, we give you direct access to the municipal and regional viewers and the websites of the City Councils so that you do not have to “jump” through various websites and you can do everything from Lupafy.

What can I see in Real Estate Prices?

You can see, wherever you wish on the map, the average prices per census area from ​​various real estate portals. You can see them for single-family and multi-family homes, for second-hand and for new construction, and for sale and rent.

You just have to select the information of your interest and it is shown on the map.

I see that in “second hand prices for sale” there is something different. What is it?

In this category, we have used the opportunity to make an estimate of the residual value of the land once urbanized. It is a calculation made by our experts taking into account the construction costs of the area, the usual margins and making an adjustment between the sale price of second-hand and new construction. It is a first idea of ​​value!

Sometimes I activate a category but I don't see anything on the map.

Get closer to the map. You will see that the color of the active category changes from red to green: from that zoom on, the category is activated and you see it on the map.
